Carolyn Smith joined Team Davidow in June of 2020 as a licensed real estate agent and coordinator. Carolyn brings her talent from a former high producing real estate team and her corporate business experience to provide five- star customer service. Carolyn is efficient in her role and keeps the office running smoothly so that nothing distracts from providing optimal service to customers. Carolyn grew up in Clay County and attended college in NY where she earned her degree in Marketing and Fashion Design. After graduation she worked at several prestigious NY fashion design companies where she was able to master her skills in the aesthetics of design. Carolyn is a licensed home stager and provides home selling techniques to help with home presentation. Carolyn has an eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and time management skills. Carolyn and her husband, Jim, have a daughter, Riley, that is currently studying Business Administration at the University of Central Florida. When not working with great customers you will find Carolyn spending time with her friends and family, fostering animals through Clay County Animal Services, or relaxing at the beach.
